Fatih University accepts applications from students who are studying at one of our partner institutions and Department of International Affairs is your first point of contact for ERASMUS and EXCHANGE programme. Before getting contact with us, please check with your own co-ordinator whether we have a bilateral agreement with your institution in the subject you wish to study or see our website for a full list of our partners: List of Partners .
If we do not have a link with your institution, please get in touch with your academic unit or international programs office. In order to have an agreement with Fatih University, they should get in touch with Mustafa Yücel, email@example.com to declare their demand. Once both parts are agree on having an agreement, there is only an easy procedure to process then you can be nominated by your institution and apply the programme.
To apply ERASMUS or EXCHANGE programme at Fatih University, you need to be NOMINATED by your home university.

with following information;
- Name and Surname of the student(s)
- E-mail Address
- Level of Study (BA, MA, PhD)
- Intended semester(s)
The number of students nominated must be in accordance of our Bilateral Agreement, and only for the number of months stated. If there are more students, it needs to be consulting with us before nomination.
Nominated students will receive the common information about the Online Application Form and all procedures by e-mail.
Fall Semester or Academic Year; 1 June
Spring Semester; 1 November
It is strongly recommended that all nominations be submitted well in advance of both of these dates. Late nominations will have difficulty in taking student visa and gaining a place in University accommodation.
